Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping options (subject to availability and location):

5. Shipment Tracking

If your tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post/courier office first.

We are not liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping address provided by you. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
7. Partial Shipments

You will not be charged extra shipping for split shipments. Each part of your order will be tracked separately.
