Refund policy
We want you to love your new sunglasses! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

All original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and tags, must be included.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.
Exchanges
Need a different style or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Return Shipping

For domestic orders, we provide a prepaid return label.

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
