Refund policy

We want you to love your new sunglasses! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Sunglasses must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • All original packaging, including the case, cleaning cloth, and tags, must be included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  • If you used a discount code, the refund will reflect the actual amount paid.

Exchanges

Need a different style or color? We offer free exchanges within 30 days, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • For domestic orders, we provide a prepaid return label.

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact our support team at glayzrsunglasses@gmail.com with your order number.

  2. You will receive instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack your sunglasses securely and ship them back.
